However, this problem is easily solved at home without contacting a service center. In this review, we will tell you how to properly disassemble a perforator cartridge and replace a failed part.
Please note that the author shows the process of eliminating this malfunction on the example of a removable cartridge. However, in the case of other perforators, the situation is almost the same.
The first step is to remove the cartridge from the shaft. This is done very simply - with one movement of the hand. Disassembly and assembly is best done on the table, laying a cloth so that small parts are not lost.
The main stages of work
On removable and non-removable cartridges it is necessary to remove the sealing gum. Next, under it is a retaining metal ring. It will also need to be removed.
After this, the retaining rings on the other side of the cartridge must be removed. Then the master takes out the inside of the cartridge.
And most often the problem is that the locking ball does not clamp. And this is due to the fact that the puck bursts. It just needs to be replaced with a new one, and the problem will no longer make itself felt.
