Trolley manufacturing process
We weld a handle to a long steel bar from a section of a square profile pipe. In steel plates and strip we drill holes and connect them together using a bolt with a wing nut. The resulting "ears" are welded to a steel bar. Also, by welding, we attach to the bottom of the bar two vertical posts at an angle of 45 degrees, on the edges of which we weld studs with nuts.
In a steel strip, we make triangular cuts, and its edge is slightly rounded. We clean the places of welded joints with a grinder. Now you can start assembling the structure: first we install the gear plate, then we fix the wheels.
