Jelly dessert "Broken glass"

Ingredients:
1. 3 packs of jelly in different colors of 100 g .;
2. 2 packs of vanilla sugar;
3. 500 ml of milk;
4. A pack of instant gelatin (15 g.);
5.350 gr. Sahara.
Cooking
Boil water. We will need 900 ml of boiling water. Cook 3 forms on jelly. We pour water into the vessels and pour the contents there from the packs, while stirring with a spoon. Stir until smooth and place the jelly in a cool place for 40-50 minutes.

When the jelly becomes thick, we begin to prepare milk jelly. Lightly heat the milk to make it warm. Instant gelatin is dissolved in 200 ml of boiling water. Pour sugar into warm milk and dissolve until smooth. Add a solution of gelatin with vanilla sugar. Stir everything thoroughly. Set aside in a cool place for cooling. Milk jelly should be slightly cold.

After the milk mixture has cooled, spread the polyethylene onto the tray. Dice the colored jelly there and gently lay it on a tray.

Then fill it with the prepared milk mixture and set aside in a cool place for solidification. After a few hours, a sweet dessert can be served on the table. Bon Appetit!
