To make an envelope for letters you should have the following with you:
• A large sheet of A5 paper for a large envelope or A4 for a small one.
• Pencil.
• Ruler.
• Scissors.
• Glue.
First we need to make a heart-shaped pattern. Fold the sheet of paper in half, draw half the heart from the fold and cut it out. By expanding, we get a heart with the same sides. We put the pattern on the paper that you have chosen for the envelope and circle it with a pencil.
We cut out the heart along the contour, from which we will make an envelope.
Now we draw on the heart of the folds for the envelope. We measure 20 cm from the highest point of the heart and there we make a strip, then draw the sides and a strip 10 cm below the highest point.
We begin to bend the envelope along the drawn lines. With the help of a ruler, the bends are even and in the place where you need. First, bend the sidewalls.
Now bend the top of the heart.
The bottom of the heart will become the top corner of the envelope, we bend it last.
Glue the sides of the envelope with glue. In order for the envelope to be beautiful, draw on it whatever you want. You can simulate the sewn corners of an envelope or paint it with colors as you like. I drew simple zigzags.
The result was an original envelope. In it you can send letters by sticking the appropriate stamp, give money for a birthday or send cards to friends. You can make a large envelope, small or narrow, depending on what you put in it.
