Sometimes an electric kettle (or a gas / electric stove) is not at hand, and there is no way to heat water - for example, to make tea or for other purposes. In this situation, you can use a primitive home-made boiler. And to make it very simple, it will take literally a couple of minutes.

When using a heating device made of razor blades, some safety precautions must be observed: boil water only in a glass container or ceramic dishes. And most importantly - first we immerse the boiler in water, and then just plug it into a power outlet. The power between the homemade boiler is affected by the distance between the blades and the mineral composition of the water.

The process of making a boiler from two blades

To make a home-made heating device at home, you need to screw copper wires with a plug to the razor blades. At the same time, it is extremely important that the razor blades do not touch each other (otherwise a short circuit will result). For this, two matches must be put between them.

Instead of matches, you can use a “gasket” of a piece of glass of suitable sizes. Be sure to rewind the razor blades with threads so that they do not "spill over" to the sides when heated. This boiler is not only simple, but also quite effective - it heats up one liter of water in literally 30-40 seconds.
