To make a homemade mini grinder for grinding corn kernels, you can use a small grinder as a basis. You will also need an inch board or piece of plywood and other available materials.
First of all, we cut out a circle from a board or plywood, the diameter of which is equal to the diameter of the cutting disc for the grinder. First, draw a circle, drill a hole on the contour line, then insert a jigsaw into the hole and cut a circle.
The circle itself is not needed; we are interested in exactly the hole in the board. You will also need another segment of the board, in which we drill a hole for the grinder shaft with a crown and a pen drill. Then install the angle grinder and connect both boards with each other using self-tapping screws.
The process of making a mini crusher
We take a feather drill of a suitable diameter and drill a hole in the edge of the board or plywood. The same hole must also be drilled from the other side. Then we make a knife from a metal ruler that will grind corn grains.
Under the top hole in the board we fasten a home-made guide tray from a piece of tin or thin sheet metal (or from the same line). We fix a piece of mesh over the bottom hole with two screws. A slightly higher perforated plate is installed.
