From the usual old floorboard you can make your own original entrance door to the bathhouse. Despite the use of cheap materials, such a wooden door will look beautiful and stylish.
The first step is to knock together the door itself - nothing complicated here, even a novice master can handle it (the main thing is that the tool is at hand). And then you can proceed to the process of decorating the door.
However, it is not necessary to make a new door - if you already have a door at the entrance to the bathhouse or other room, you can simply "refresh" it.
For decoration you will need an old unedged board. The more curved it is, the better the visual effect. From the main tool to work, you will need a jigsaw, "shurik" and a grinder.
The main stages of work
First, with the help of a jigsaw, you need to trim the edges of the boards, giving them a wavy shape, and then hang them with an ax and grind. In total, four door linings will be required. They are fastened with mounting foam.
After the foam dries, the surface of the door and linings must be treated to give them a more original appearance. Further, all joints must be sealed. The result is an already “updated” door leaf.
