Moreover, any woman does not want to spend at the stove all the precious minutes of rest. How to quickly and tasty cook a hearty dinner? What dish to feed adults and children at the same time? Of course baked meat with potato garnish! This recipe for a hearty dinner for the whole family cannot be called the most useful, but it’s sure to be delicious.
Ingredients (based on 8 servings):
• Pork meat - 1 kg;
• Raw potatoes - 1 kg;
• Onions - 3 pcs.;
• Carrots - 1 pc.;
• Salted tomatoes - 200 gr.;
• Chicken egg - 1 pc.;
• Tomato sauce - 1 tablespoon;
• Mayonnaise - 1 tablespoon;
• Table vinegar 9% - 1 tablespoon;
• Fresh tomatoes - 6 pcs.;
• Water - 1 liter;
• Salt, herbs - to taste.
Stages of the work:
The first stage: we prepare meat for baking.
We cut the meat: free from fatty layers, cut into thin rectangles. Put the sliced ​​pieces in a glass dish and add 1 tablespoon of 9% table vinegar.

We fill the dishes with water so that all the pieces of meat are immersed in the marinade. Leave for 5 minutes.

The second stage: we prepare the sauce for meat.
Break the chicken egg into a bowl, add one tablespoon of tomato and mayonnaise sauce.

Mix thoroughly the resulting mass. Add one tablespoon of water to it.

The third stage: lay out the meat.
Drain the water from the meat.

Dip each meat rectangle in the sauce so that it is covered with it on all sides.

We spread the meat in rows on a baking sheet moistened with water.

Fourth stage: preparing a side dish for baking.
Potato garnish is a fairly high-calorie dish. If you carefully count the calories - potatoes can be replaced with broccoli. It must be frozen frozen on a baking sheet.
Peel medium-sized potatoes, cut into halves.

Salt and mix thoroughly.

We spread the potato halves on a baking sheet between the rows of meat.

Fifth stage: add sharpness and salt to the meat.
We clean the onion from the scales, cut into rings.

We lay it on top of the meat pieces.

Rub carrots into a fine grater. We spread it over the onion rings.

Cut salted finger tomatoes into halves.

We spread the slices on the meat, on top of the onion rings and carrots.

Sixth stage: bake.
We install in the oven a fan blower and a heating function "top - bottom". Bake meat with a side dish at a temperature of 200 degrees for forty minutes.

That's all: eight servings of meat with a side dish enchant with their aroma. In one fell swoop you can feed not only a large family, but also suddenly appeared guests.

We lay out the finished dish in portions, decorate with herbs. Add the vegetable side dish in the form of tomato cut into rings.
